The following rates are a guideline for additional services GSA provides each section. Please be sure to include these extra costs when preparing the sections' budget. The rates below are current as of section meetings being held in year 2019. You should check with GSA staff for current rates.

Production Charges for Programs |
The production fees for the programs are covered by each section. Current charges, as of November 2022, are $15 per page.
- 28 pgs = $420
- 32 pgs = $480
- 44 pgs = $660

Printed Programs, one per registrant |
The amount for printing varies based on number of pages in the program and current paper costs. There is no set way to let you know what the charges are prior to printing. For budgeting, you might want to use a price between $1.80 and $2 per book.

- $30 per professional registrant (including Early Career Professionals)
- $15 per student (including student volunteers), Student, Exhibitors, K–12 Teacher, Comp (VIP's), Media, Field Trip only and Short Course Only Registrants
