Exhibit and Display Table Packages are available on a first come-first served basis in the Little Rock Marriott. The 52nd Annual Meeting is an excellent opportunity to make contact with geoscience and geotechnical practitioners, secondarmy and collegiate-level educators, and their students in an atmosphere of relaxed exchange. Exhibition space is located in a heavy foot-traffic area of the meeting, and has been designed to maximize your potential for face-to-face time with the attendees.
Exhibit space is limited, so make your reservation early to guarantee space. Exhibits will take place in the Ballroom Salons A&B. The deadline for reserving an exhibit space is 12 February 2018.
Exhibitors are asked to set up starting at 6 p.m. on Sunday, 11 March. Exhibit tear down begins at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, 13 March. All exhibitors should be out of the Little Rock Marriott by 9 p.m. on 13 March. Cost: $300 (for profit/vendor), $150 (not for profit/academic).
