EXHIBITS
Exhibit space is available on a first come-first served basis. The historic Omni-William Penn Hotel, vibrant downtown Pittsburgh, and relaxed and stimulating environment of the second joint Northeastern-North-central meeting creates an ideal venue to contact and collaborate with students, educators, and professionals across both geoscience and technical fields.
Rates
$600 per 10' x 8' commercial booths
$300 per 10' x 8' nonprofit booths
$150 per academic display table
Exhibit Booth Package includes a table, two chairs, two exhibitor admission passes, signage, pipe and drape, off hour security, as well as WiFi. Additional badges may be purchased for $25 each.
Location:
Exhibits will be located in the Grand Ballroom, seventeenth floor, Omni William Penn Hotel, Pittsburgh, PA. Academic tables may be located in a hallway adjacent to the Grand Ballroom.
Hours:
Set Up: Saturday 18 March Noon – 5:00 p.m.
Exhibit Hours:
Saturday 18 March, 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. (Ice Breaker)
Sunday & Monday 19-20 March 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Tuesday 21 March 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Tear Down: Tuesday 21 March 2 p.m. – 6 p.m.
