Continuing Education Units

Meeting attendance, short courses, and field trips qualify for continuing education units (CEUs). One CEU equals 10 hours of participation in an organized continuing education experience under responsible sponsorship, capable direction, and qualified instruction.

Travel Grants

Application deadline: 13 Feb.

Students who are GSA members and who register for the meeting are eligible to apply for student travel grants from their respective sections.

Northeastern Urban Award for Non-Traditional Students

Students who work full-time, care for dependents, or are otherwise considered non-traditional may request up to $1,000, which can be applied to meeting expenses.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be given after the cancellation deadline of 21 Feb. 2023 for any registration types or events. GSA understands that unforeseen circumstances can prohibit meeting attendance. Refund requests for registration fees received after 21 Feb. 2023 will be handled on a case-by-case basis. GSA will not accept any requests for refunds after 45 days from the end of the meeting. A $30 processing fee will be charged for cancelation of a professional registration if received in writing prior to 11:59 p.m. MST on 21 Feb. 2023.
