Exhibit space is available on a first come-first served basis. The newly renovated DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel (formerly Sheraton Hotel), vibrant downtown Burlington, and relaxed and stimulating environment of the Northeastern meeting create an ideal venue to contact and collaborate with students, educators, and professionals across both geoscience and technical fields.

Location
Exhibits will be located in the Lake Champlain Exhibition Hall, ground floor, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, Burlington, VT. Academic tables may be located in a hallway adjacent to the Exhibition Hall.

Exhibit Booth Package
Booth package does not include electrical and/or AV requirements. Please use separate form. Each exhibitor booth package includes a table, two chairs, two exhibitor admission passes, signage, pipe and drape, off hour security, as well as Wi-Fi. Additional badges may be purchased for $25 each.

Sponsorship

Help support the Northeast Section Meeting of the Geological Society of America on 18–20 March, 2018 by sponsoring part of the Meeting or one of its special events. Sponsorship brings the targeted advertising opportunities described below and will directly help underwrite the cost of this very special meeting. We expect a diverse attendance of more than 1200 people, offering special access to both professionals and students specifically interested in your activities. All Sponsors will receive a Geological Society of America Sponsorship Certificate suitable for framing, and all will be immediately recognized on the meeting’s official web site.

$5,000 each

These very special Sponsors will be recognized as the principal underwriters of the meeting and will be recognized during all activities and in all display and promotional materials. This level of sponsorship includes a complimentary exhibit booth.

Reception “Sapphire Sponsors”
$2,500 each

Help make attendance at the Reception & Banquet possible for everyone, especially students. Your contribution will be recognized at the event and in all its promotional materials, as well as by your signage outside the room and on all tables and bars.
Coffee Break “Topaz Sponsors”
$1,000 each
The meeting’s coffee breaks provide networking opportunities and are a great place to display and distribute your promotional material. Coffee breaks are daily, AM and PM.

Student “Emerald Sponsors”
$500–$1,000 each

Your assistance at this level helps defray student expenses for registration, housing, transportation, workshops, and special student events at the meeting. Students mightily appreciate this help, and your support for them will be recognized with your logo and/or name in all of the meeting’s promotional and program materials.

General “Zircon Sponsors”
$100–$500

This support helps with general meeting expenses and the cost of events for students.
