Message from the Committee

The local committee and section management boards have decided to move the 2021 North-Central/South-Central Joint Section Meeting to 100% online in order to ensure everyone’s health and safely and to not limit participation due to travel restrictions. The meeting will continue to have a diverse range of technical sessions, field trips, and student mentoring opportunities. The platform will emphasize creating as much interaction and communication among attendees as possible in an online environment.

One result of this move is that we are able to extend the abstracts deadline to 2 February 2021. Please help us pass the word along so that we can generate a full meeting with great abstracts and presentations! Thank you for your continued support in creating a dynamic space for scientific exchange. We are all looking forward to coming together in-person again, but in the meantime, your online participation will keep our science strong.
