117th Annual Meeting of the Cordilleran Section

The 2021 Cordilleran Section meeting has concluded. However, you can still register for the meeting to view the technical sessions, field trips, and short courses. We also have the mentor programs available for students. We welcome you to take advantage of these on-demand events through 14 May 2022.

Message from the Committee

The local committee and Cordilleran management board have decided to move the 2021 Cordilleran Section Meeting to 100% online in order to ensure everyone’s health and safely and to not limit participation due to travel restrictions. The online meeting will still have a diverse range of technical sessions, online field trips, and student mentoring opportunities. The platform will emphasize creating as much interaction and communication among attendees as possible in a virtual environment.

Something exciting this year is a daily Poster Hall through Spacial Chat. Please come visit with poster presenters to ask questions and learn more about their research. The link can be found in the meeting app, starting 12 May.

Thank you for your continued support in creating a dynamic space for scientific exchange. We are all looking forward to coming together in-person again, but in the meantime, your online participation will keep our science strong.
