Exhibit and Display Table Packages are available on a first come-first served basis in the Omni Hotel at the Colonnade. The 51st Annual Meeting is an excellent opportunity to make contact with geoscience and geotechnical practitioners, secondary and collegiate-level educators, and their students in an atmosphere of relaxed exchange. Exhibition space is located in a heavy foot-traffic area of the meeting, and has been designed to maximize your potential for face-to-face time with the attendees.
Exhibit space is limited, so make your reservation early to guarantee space. Exhibits will take place in the Grand Ballroom CDE. The deadline for reserving an exhibit space is 13 January 2017.
Exhibitors are asked to set up between 6 p.m. and midnight. on Sunday, 12 March. Exhibit tear down begins at 5 p.m., Tuesday, 14 March and all exhibitors should be out of the Omni Hotel at the Colonnade by 9 p.m, 14 March.
