Recipients will be required to check in during the meeting at the location designated in the notification email, show identification, verify their address and sign the check-in sheet to receive their check. The checks will be mailed to the recipient following the meeting. If a recipient does not check in specifically for the travel grant check-in, their grant check will be voided.
Notification of grant status will be made prior to the cancellation deadline, so if your attendance is dependent on receipt of a travel grant and you do not receive it, you may obtain a full registration refund.
