The nominating committee of the division shall nominate candidates every two years for chair, vice-chair and secretary-treasurer. If no candidates are nominated other than those nominated by the nominating committee, the secretary-treasurer will declare the candidates elected by affirmation. Terms of office begin immediately following the annual business meeting at which their election is announced and extend through the annual business meeting two years hence.
