56th Annual Meeting of the GSA South-Central Section

Boulder, Colo., USA: The 2022 Geological Society of America South-Central Section Meeting will be hosted online on 14–15 March. The technical program will be broad and diverse, with topics including petroleum-produced water, extreme events, transboundary water issues, carbon storage, coastal hazards, and geoscience education.

The online format will allow maximum participation for all registrants and the generous meeting sponsors while increasing the scope of scientific content for technical sessions. The meeting will cover various topic of geoscience subfields with oral presentations and student posters. The meeting also will offer many opportunities for student participation and career mentoring.
