Exhibits
This meeting will attract a large number of applied and academic geoscientists, students, and teachers from northeastern North America and will provide exhibitors with an excellent opportunity to interact with potential customers, colleagues, and students.
Exhibit booths will be in the same room as the poster sessions and will be near both the registration and coffee break areas, ensuring maximum exposure to meeting attendees. Display tables will be in high-traffic areas adjacent to the room with the exhibit booths and poster sessions.

Exhibit Booths
Fee includes the following.
- 8′ × 10′ booth inside the Marriott Ballroom with pipe and drape perimeter, 8′ back drape and 3′ side drapes
- 6′ × 30″ skirted table or table with floor-length tablecloth, two chairs, one wastebasket
- ID sign
- Two exhibitor registrations (permits access to exhibit and poster areas only)
- Additional exhibitor registrations at $30 each
Display Tables
Display tables will be in the Ballroom Pre-Function area.
This is an unsecured location.
Fee includes the following.
- 6′ or 8′ skirted table or table with floor-length tablecloth, one chair
- 8′ poster board behind table and chair
