Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
Requests for cancellations must be received in writing at GSA Headquarters by 5 March 2012. No refunds will be made on cancellation notices received after this date. Refunds will be mailed from GSA after the meeting; refunds for fees paid by credit card will be credited to the card identified on the registration form. GSA cannot provide refunds for on-site registration, the Abstracts with Programs book, and event ticket sales.
