This meeting will attract a wide array of applied and academic geoscientists, students, and teachers from throughout the region, providing exhibitors with an excellent opportunity to interact with potential customers, colleagues, and students. The exhibit area will be located in the UBC Okanagan Student Services Centre in the Sunroom, ensuring maximum exposure.

Exhibit Hall set-up will be on Wednesday, 6 May 2009 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in advance of the Icebreaker Reception which begins at 5 p.m. on Wed., 6 May.
Exhibit Hall take down will be on Saturday, 9 May 2009 from 1-5 p.m.
