Blocks of rooms have been reserved at three hotels near campus. Reservations can be made directly by phone. To receive the GSA discount, you must reference the Geological Society of America when making your reservation, and please note the reservation deadline for each hotel.

The meeting venue is the newly completed UNLV Student Union on the eastern edge of campus. The second floor of the building houses a modern conference facility, including a large exhibit hall. A food court and coffee shop are also housed in the building, and numerous lunchtime restaurants are a short walk off campus. The meeting is timed to coincide with UNLV’s spring break, so ample parking will be available on campus.
