GSA provides a global forum for knowledge-sharing and networking among geoscientists. Serving members in over 95 countries, GSA programs unite the global science community in shaping the future of the Earth sciences. Wherever you live or work, GSA invites you to become involved by joining our network of seven regional sections across the globe, six of which focus on regions in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

All sections have their own management boards and conduct their own yearly meetings. GSA members can affiliate with one Section for free and add an additional Section for only US$2.
