Voting shall take place at the annual business meeting of the
section. The term of office begins at the conclusion of the Section's annual meeting,
usually held in the spring.
Includes: Alaska, Arizona south of lat 35°N, California,
Hawaii, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Province of British Columbia, Yukon Territory, Northwest
Territories, and Territories of Nunavut.
