Media representatives who have pre-registered for the meeting, as well as those intending to register on site, should check in at the main registration desk to receive a name badge and a copy of the program book with abstracts.

Ann Cairns and Ted Nield will operate an onsite newsroom in Ochil 1, Edinburgh International Conference Centre, Monday, June 25, through Thursday, June 28. Newsroom hours of operation will be 8:00 a.m.-6:30 p.m. daily. The Newsroom will have several workspaces for journalists and will be equipped with telephones and a PC with Web access. Access to a fax and copier will also be available.

Media who are unable to attend but would like to arrange for telephone interviews during the meeting are encouraged to call the Newsroom at +44 (0) 131519 4134.
