Join us to hear a 30-minute lecture by Bill McKibben, 2012 GSA President’s Medal Recipient and President and Co-Founder of 350.org. A question and answer session will follow the lecture.
McKibben will hold a book signing in the Exhibit Hall at 4:30 p.m. in the GSA Headquarters area.
About Bill McKibben
Bill McKibben is an author, environmentalist, and activist. In 1988, he wrote The End of Nature, the first book for a common audience about global warming. His most recent book, Eaarth, has won global acclaim. He is the co-founder and Chairman of the Board at 350.org, an international climate campaign that works in 188 countries around the world.
