*Guest registration includes the welcome reception and closing dinner. If guests would like to go on the mid-week field trip or pre/post meeting field trips, they can sign up at an additional fee. There are also cultural trips that can be signed up for through ASTERYA Travel (see Lodging/Tours).
Registration for Professionals and Students include Welcome Reception (3 October), morning and afternoon coffee/tea breaks, lunch (4-8 October), mid-week field trip (6 October), and closing dinner (8 October).
Trips & Tours
Cultural tours (mid-week only) are included in the Professional and Student registration fee.
If a guest or spouse would like to attend a mid-week trip or tour, they can do so for an additional fee on the registration form.
To sign up for Cultural Tours that are not on Wednesday, 6 October, please use the form on the Lodging/Tours page.
Note: If you sign up your guest for a mid-week tour on the registration form the price is in U.S. Dollars (US$). If you sign up for a tour on a different day through the ASTERYA form above, the price is in Euros (€).
