Billing
Events held at the Hotel will be billed directly by the hotel (exceptions include ticketed functions and internally-billed meetings). Events held at the Convention Center will be billed to your group following the Joint Annual Meeting. If you have questions regarding billing, please contact Becky Sundeen, +1-303-357-1041; .
Payment for reserving a room is due at the time the Event Space Request Form is submitted. Rooms will not be assigned or held until a form of payment is received.
