Alumni Events
In the spirit of the Joint Annual meeting consider hosting a Joint Alumni Reception with your school's other departments that are going to be in Houston! Contact your counterparts in other departments to plan the alumni reception for your school (Earth Sciences, Soil Science, Geology, Plant Sciences, and Agronomy). Almost all alumni receptions occur during Monday night of the Annual Meeting.
Group Alumni Reception
$60 fee includes: printed sign for school, bar set-ups throughout the ballroom, school will be listed in the program and on flyers. To participate, submit an Event Space Request Form, check the Group Alumni Reception Box, and include payment. Reception will be held Monday, 6 October, 7:00 –9:30 p.m., at the Hilton Americas Houston.
Private Alumni Receptions
To arrange a Private Alumni Reception, complete and submit the Event Space Request Form. Most alumni Receptions are held on Monday, 6 October.
