Twenty-three years after the last robotic probe encountered Saturn, the Cassini-Huygens mission is returning unprecedented views of the gas giant, its rings, and its moons. Based on a Pardee Keynote Symposium from the GSA Planetary Geology Division (The Return to Saturn: Results from Cassini-Huygens), this forum will present, in layman’s terms and spectacular pictures, the latest results and how scientists are interpreting new data from this international mission of science and exploration.
