Session Chair Orientation Information

On behalf of the Joint Technical Program Committee for the 2004 Annual Meeting, we would like to express our sincere gratitude for your agreeing to serve as a session chairperson for the upcoming meeting. The success of the technical program relies to a large degree on efforts such as yours.

Colorado Convention Center, Room 104 / 106
Saturday	November 6	5:45 - 6:30 p.m.
Sunday	November 7	12:00 - 12:45 p.m.

Session Chair Orientations are designed to provide session chairs with tips to ensure their sessions are successful. It would be helpful to have at least one chairperson from every session attend an Orientation Session.

During each orientation, instruction will be provided on:

Speaker timer (D’san Limitimer)
Projector operation
Laptop/LCD projector operation
Light, sound, and temperature control
No-show speakers
Use of student presentation coordinators
Chairperson Attendance Form

Please follow these guidelines to ensure the success of your session.

All speakers must pay the registration fee to speak and to attend the Annual Meeting.
