 Presidential Reception- This sponsorship provides attendees of the GSA Presidential Address and Awards Ceremony with one complimentary drink ticket and a selection of desserts at the reception that immediately follows. This prestigious event honors the highest achievers in Earth Science research, and is enjoyed annually by their peers and associates.
- Minimum sponsorship amount is $10,000.
- Abstracts on CD-ROM
- Sponsorship of this item underwrites the cost of the highly valued Abstracts on CD-ROM for every Annual Meeting attendee. You get a lasting impression that goes home with your target audience and stays in their library for years. As the sponsoring company you will be afforded the opportunity to advertise on the CD, potentially include company software, and your name will appear on CD-ROM.
- Minimum sponsorship amount is $10,000.
- Internet Access Centers
- The Internet Access Centers (located in the main concourse between the meeting rooms and in the exhibit hall) provide attendees access to the internet and permits checking e-mail throughout the meeting. Your sponsorship is linked to technology, convenience, and communication.
- Minimum sponsorship amount is $5,000.
- Wednesday Afternoon Poster Party
- Bars are setup in the poster session area where attendees receive complimentary beer and sodas on the last day of the meeting. This casual and collegial exchange of information is facilitated with your company name up front.
- Minimum sponsorship amount is $4,200.
- Exhibit Hall Morning Coffee Breaks
- Coffee and tea stations in the GSA Headquarters Services area on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday mornings draw attendees into the exhibit hall. Bold sponsorship signage is placed near each station. Your visibility before a broad cross-section of delegates in a relaxed, informal setting is assured. This is one of our most popular sponsorships and will be sold very quickly.
- Minimum sponsorship amount is $1,500 per day.
- Hot Topic Sessions over Complimentary Chili and Beer
- Provide complimentary chili and beer to the first 300 participants at Hot Topic sessions that occur over lunch, in between technical sessions. This sponsorship resonates with companies that support innovation and leading-edge discussion.
- Minimum sponsorship amount is $2,500 per day.
- Wireless Internet Access Area
- Similar to the Internet Access Centers, the Wireless Access Center provides attendees access to the internet and e-mail throughout the meeting via their own personal laptop computers.
- Minimum sponsorship amount is $2,000.
- Student Travel Fund
- This fund provides grant monies to help students offset the costs of attending the GSA 2004 Annual Meeting. Sponsoring the student travel fund is investing in your future customer base.

- General Sponsorship
- Not sure what to sponsor? Your company or organization can make a contribution to the General Sponsorship Fund with no minimum amount required. Your contribution in this category will be applied where the need is greatest. You will receive general recognition on signs throughout the meeting site.
