Events held at the Hotel will be billed directly by the hotel (exceptions include ticketed functions and internally-billed GSA meetings). Events held at the Convention Center will be billed to your group following the GSA Meeting. If you have questions regarding billing, please call Melissa Cummiskey at (303) 357-1058.
Payment for reserving a room is due at the time the Event Space Request Form is submitted. Rooms will not be held until a form of payment is received.
