Presenting at the Annual Meeting?

Please note these changes:

Poster Presenters:
NEW THIS YEAR!!! One (not two) horizontal poster boards will be provided by GSA for each presenter. The actual size of the Poster Board is 4' x 8' or 46-1/8" high by 94-3/4"wide or 117cm x 240 cm.

Oral Presenters:
There is a change in standard equipment provided in the technical session rooms. Here is a list of what GSA provides for the speaker, at no cost.

Standard A/V Equipment
1	Desktop Computer (With Windows 2000 Operating System and MS Office XP. All Macintosh or MS PowerPoint XP presentations will work, but must be saved in a PC format).
1	LCD Projector (You will not be able to order a 2nd LCD, no inventory available.)
1	Screen
1	Laser Pointer
