Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

All requests for additions, changes, and cancellations must be made in writing and received by October 3, 2003. Faxes are accepted. A $30 processing fee will be charged for cancellation of a full- or one-day professional registration received in writing prior to October 3. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE ON CANCELLATION NOTICES RECEIVED AFTER THIS DATE.

Refunds will be mailed from GSA after the meeting. Refunds for fees paid by credit card will be credited according to the card number on the preregistration form. There will be NO refunds for on-site registration, Abstracts with Programs volumes, and ticket sales.
