Payment

Payment for the full amount of registration is due when the registration is submitted. Online registration must be submitted with a valid credit card. Within 3 to 4 business days of submittal, your registration will be processed, charged to your credit card and you will receive an E-mail confirmation notice for your use as a receipt. Please review your confirmation carefully to ensure that it is correct.

All speakers and participants must register for the conference. Full payment is required at the time of registration. Purchase orders are not accepted. GSA will send a registration confirmation for use as your receipt within 14 business days of registration.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Changes

Requests for refunds must be made in writing or by fax and received by September 20, 2003. Requests will not be accepted after this date. GSA will refund registration fees less a $25 Cancellation Fee. Refunds will be processed by November 30, 2003. Credit card refunds will be made to the card number used to register.
