Display Dates and Hours

Tabletop displays will be arranged around the perimeter of the meeting rooms to encourage a relaxed and open exchange with participants. Included in the display space fee is one registration for a company representative who is welcome to attend the technical sessions and interact with participants during all breaks. Displays should be staffed during the breaks and poster sessions shown below:
