Travel Grants
The North-Central Section provides funds for the regional NC Section meeting as well as the national GSA Annual Meeting.

To be considered for the NC Section Meeting travel grant, the student must:
- Be a Student Member of GSA.
- Be enrolled in an academic department.
- Be registered for the section meeting to which you are applying for funds (priority will be given to students presenting oral or poster papers).
- FOLLOW-UP REQUIREMENTS:
Complete the faculty certification and expense estimate form. You will find a link to this PDF form on the e-mail confirmation you receive after completing the online application in step 4. You must complete both the online application and the PDF form in order to be considered for a grant.

Grant recipients must pick up their reimbursement checks in person with photo ID at the meeting.
Notification of grant status will be made prior to the cancellation deadline, so if your attendance is dependent on receipt of a travel grant and you do not receive it, you may obtain a full registration refund. Check the appropriate meeting announcement for deadlines. |
