Land Costs are based on groups with double occupancy. Please call us for other occupancy arrangement fees.
Included: Private transportation by van, expert guide services, accommodations, limited meals as indicated, 3 credit hours towards a graduate program, entrances fees to sites included in itinerary, lectures, taxes.
Not included: meals not indicated, items of a personal nature, airfare, and items not included in above itinerary
Please note: Accommodations are based on availability. If above named accommodations are not available, comparable accommodations will be substituted. Prices are subject to change until booked and confirmed. Changes made within 60 days prior to departure may also be subject to hotel cancellation fees.
Air Reservations: Holbrook (trip coordinators) offers discounted airfares to many destinations on American (AA), Continental (CO), Delta (DL), British Airways (BA) and South African Airways (SAA). Please check with your air agent for competitive quotes and carriers available in conjunction with your land program.
A deposit of $200.00 per person is necessary to reserve each spot. This deposit is refundable until 60 days prior to departure with exclusion of a $75 cancellation fee. All final payments are due no later than 60 days prior to departure, and within 60 days prior to departure, the moneys are non-refundable.
