The Geoscience Education Division (GED) is offering several travel grants up to $500 USD to GED student members who are presenting work in geoscience education at the 2013 Annual Meeting. Grants will be awarded based on merit and financial need. To apply, send the following information as a single email PDF attachment to Julie Libarkin, :

Confirmation of your standing as a student member of the GED (member number);
Copy of your accepted abstract;
Current CV (limit 2 pages); and
Brief itemized budget and statement of your financial needs, including all other sources of funding.

Notification of grant status will be made prior to the meeting early registration deadline; awards will be made following confirmation of attendance.
