Evolution and Creationism
Sites describing and/or promoting creationism
An accurate understanding of all positions in a debate inevitably improves your ability to argue your position effectively. For this reason, we have included links to sites that actively promote creationism as superior to mainstream theories of the physical and biological evolution of Earth. Most of these sites provide "evidence" supporting creationism, resources such as books, newsletters, and articles, and links to other like-minded sites. In an attempt to give you an accurate picture of creationist arguments, we have included here sites that vary tremendously in the degree to which their creators understand the processes and findings of mainstream science.
The Center for Scientific Creation site provides a list of 20 questions for evolutionists as well as an on-line edition of In the Beginning: Compelling Evidence for Creation and the Flood by Walt Brown.
The Creation Research, Science Education Foundation site contains "evidences for creation" as well as links to other sites.
The Creation Research Society provides access to selected full-text articles from the Christian Research Society Quarterly, as well as information on current research projects at the Van Andel Creation Research Center.
The Creation, Dinosaurs, and The Flood site offers short commentaries on creationism topics, an ask-an-expert service complete with archives, and a listing of creationism books, videos, and other materials.
The Institute for Creation Research site contains a wealth of full-text articles and research papers supporting creationism, as well as radio programs, a list of other creationist resources, and information on the ICR Graduate School.
The Primitive Baptist Web Station offers a list of links to Bible Science Web Sites dealing with creationism.
The Creation Science home page contains commentary on a series of creationism topics, downloadable (and annotated) slide presentations, full-text "technical/in-depth" creationism articles, and links to other creationist organizations and Web pages.
The Creation Superlibrary, from Christiananswers.net, contains creationist answers to questions on topics such as the origins of life and humans, dinosaurs, the fossil record, and the age of Earth.
The Creation-Evolution Encyclopedia is an on-line version of a set of books by the same title. This site contains "quotations from scientists, with only 150 of them from creationist scientists."
The Access Research Network is a proponent of "intelligent design theory," although this is not immediately obvious upon entering the site. ARN describes itself as an "organization dedicated to providing accessible information on science, technology and society." This site offers a reading list and book reviews, articles and links to pro-evolution as well as pro-creationism sites.
The Christian Geology Ministry offers scientific and Scriptural arguments for consideration.
