Classified/Recruitment Ads
Includes: Positions Open, Opportunities for Students, and Situations Wanted (print and Web format).
Classified/recruitment advertising appears both in GSA Today and on the Web. All classified ads purchased for print in GSA Today are posted to the Web (for month[s] of purchase) at no additional charge. Alternatively, you may elect to purchase a Web-only ad.
GSA Today is released during the first week of each month, except for a combined April/May issue which is released during the first week of April.
 DEADLINES
Print ads (or cancellations) must reach the GSA Advertising office one month prior to the month of issue. Example: Ads (or cancellations) for the July issue must reach the advertising desk by 1 June. GSA Today can not be responsible for any ads with deadlines earlier than the end of the month of issue.
Web-only ads may be submitted anytime for posting to the GSA Web site.
TO SUBMIT AN AD
- Submit classified ad copy for print or Web (send by e-mail or as an e-mail attachment [MS Word format]) to:

Clients must include complete address, phone number, and e-mail address with all correspondence.
Advertising Manager will contact client with cost of advertisement and relay payment information.
Payment is not made via the GSA website.
RECRUITMENT DISPLAY ADS may be placed in the classified ads section of GSA Today.

All advertising must meet the Society's criteria for publication. GSA
reserves the right to reject any advertising that does not meet these criteria.

Hyperlinks for any/all Web page and/or e-mail links: $25 per ad insertion.
Client must provide exact linking information when submitting ad copy. To ensure that the address is complete, GSA will check initial posted site links, but cannot be responsible for any subsequent client alterations.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payment is not made via the GSA website.
Print ads: GSA will prepare and send invoice upon release of journal. Client may also request an invoice be sent prior to release of issue.
Web-only ads: All web-only ads are invoiced at the time of posting. Invoices are sent to clients via e-mail (pdf attachment). Client must remit payment once invoice is received. Credit cards are accepted for payment.
Cost estimate: 54 characters per line, including all punctuation and
blank spaces (one space only between each sentence); multiply by the appropriate
rate. Actual cost may differ if you use capitals, centered copy, or special characters.
