The boundary evolved during the Late Cenozoic as relative plate motion was broadly distributed from the California borderland into the Mojave Desert and Basin and Range Province. This volume contains 16 papers presenting new results on the geology, geophysics, geodesy, and paleontology of areas within and encompassing the boundary zone stretching from southern California to central Oregon. |
