Exhibits
Exhibit space is available on a first come-first served basis. The 47th Annual Meeting and 125th Anniversary Celebration are an excellent opportunity to make contact with geoscience and technical professions, secondary and college-level educators, and their students in atmosphere of relaxed exchange, recreation, and planning.

RATES:
$400 per 8'x10' commercial booths
$225 per 8'x10' nonprofit booths
$400 per display table
(these display tables are the same price for both profit and non-profit organizations as it is in a very high traffic location, this area is not secure).
Exhibit Booth Package includes 8' high back drape, 3' high side rails, ID sign, one 6' x 30" 3-sided skirted table, two chairs, one wastebasket, complimentary Wi-Fi and electrical (power strips and extension cords available for a fee), 2 exhibit only badges. Additional badges may be purchased for $30 each.
LOCATION:
AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center, Austin, Texas
- Exhibits will be in Classrooms 103 and 104 on Meeting Level One and is secure.
- Display Tables will be in the Lobby on Meeting Level Two
