Academic display tables are available for Colleges, Universities, and Student Organizations. Fee is $75.
- An 8' x 10' Booth inside the Grand Ballroom with pipe and drape perimeter, 8' back drape and 3' sides
- A 6' × 30" table with tablecloth, two chairs, one wastebasket
- Wireless internet access
- Electrical access
- One exhibitor registration (access to exhibit and poster areas only)
Additional exhibitor registrations may be purchased for $30 each.
Academic Display Tables
These will be set up in high-traffic areas of the meeting facility and include:
- One 6' or 8' table with floor-length tablecloth
- One chair
