Continuing Education Units (CEUs)

The meeting offers an excellent opportunity to earn CEUs toward your general continuing education requirements for your employer or K12 school. Credits are available for technical sessions, short courses, and field trips. Ten contact hours are required for one CEU. For example, one day (8 hours) of technical sessions offers 0.8 CEUs. After the meeting contact William Cox, wcox@geosociety.org, to receive a meeting evaluation form. Once you complete the form and return it to Beth, she will mail you a certificate (within 2 weeks).
