Before you leave home: Unplug all phantom power vampires (power strips and the like) and turn down your water heater.
BYOB: Bring your own refillable water bottle (water stations will be provided on-site).
At your hotel: Keep maid service to a minimum, reuse your towels, and turn off the lights if you'll be gone more than a half hour.
