• If you have a smart phone, opt for a paperless ticket — accepted at all gates at Charlotte Douglas International Airport.

Safety Tips
Your safety is of great concern to GSA. Remember: When you leave the convention center, stow your badge. Folks not related to the meeting do not need to know your name and that you are from out of town.

Every year, GSA takes home things that aren't ours. If you misplace something while at the Convention Center, pleases check the Lost & Found Desk on Concourse A before you leave.
