HOUSEKEEPING NOTES
space

space
Keep it green!
RECYCLE your badges, badge holders, and program books in the registration area after the meeting.
Minimize paper use by making notes in your program book and using PDFs rather than paper.
At your hotel: Keep maid service to a minimum, reuse your towels, and turn off the lights when you head out for the Convention Center.
Buy or bring your own coffee cup & use it for the beer/wine/soda breaks as well!

Safety Tips
Your safety is of great concern to GSA. Please check page 9 of your Annual Meeting program book for detailed safety information. Click here for a quick safety checklist. Remember: While you are in the convention center, use a house phone to dial extension 6090 in case of emergency. Do not dial 911, especially with your cell phone, because precious time may be lost while emergency responders try to contact the convention center to verify that there is indeed an emergency.

Lost & Found
Don't let this happen to you! Every year, GSA takes home things that aren't ours. If you misplace something while at the Convention Center, pleases check the Lost & Found Desk on Concourse A.
