Space Request Update
Complete your space requests for the Joint Annual Meeting by 20 May to arrange meeting rooms for your events (business meetings, luncheons, receptions, etc.). We expect a significant increase in the number of space requests this year because several societies are involved in the meeting, and space will be tight.

Abstract Deadline: 3 June

Housing Update
Hotel accommodations have been reserved at reduced rates for Joint Annual Meeting attendees. Information on how to book your hotel online will be available the first of June.
