GSA is continually trying to contain Annual Meeting costs. In balancing the tradeoff between lower costs and greater variety, which scenario do you prefer?

Rotate between only three cities (for example, Seattle, Denver and Boston — long term contracts can generate lower rates)
I would like to branch out from our typical American cities, regardless of the cost (for example, how about Honolulu?)
I like meeting in different places. Do not limit me to just 1 or 3 cities.
Hold the meeting in Denver every year (again, long term contracts generate lower rates).
