Recipients will be required to check in during the meeting at the GSA Registration Desk, show identification, verify their address and sign the check-in sheet to receive their check. The checks will be mailed to the recipient following the meeting. If a recipient does not check in specifically for the travel grant check-in at the GSA Registration Desk, their grant check will be voided.
Notification of grant status will be made prior to the cancellation deadline, so if your attendance is dependent on receipt of a travel grant and you do not receive it, you may obtain a full registration refund.
